The TEC Lighting XC14-1D TruCoat Mini is a compact UV coating system designed to apply gloss, satin, or matte finishes to printed sheets in commercial print finishing environments. The machine enhances durability and appearance by applying UV coating to digital or offset printed materials such as brochures, postcards, book covers, and marketing pieces. Its small footprint makes it suitable for short-run production and in-plant printing operations.

Main Machine

The TruCoat Mini uses a three-roller coating system with a stainless steel doctor blade to apply a controlled layer of UV coating to the printed sheet. An integrated IR lamp system improves coating flow-out and adhesion before the UV curing stage, while a peristaltic pump feeds coating fluid to the rollers. The machine is hand-fed and designed for quick setup, allowing operators to begin coating jobs in just a few minutes.
