The Sterling Digibinder Super C is an automatic perfect binder designed for short- to medium-run book production with automated cover feeding, spine preparation, gluing, cover application, and delivery. This configuration uses an automatic cover feeder with integrated creasing, pneumatic self-adjusting clamp and nipper, twin spine glue rollers with a separate side-glue system, and a delivery conveyor for completed books. The machine can automatically adjust between thin and thick books with minimal operator setup.
