The Sterling DigiBinder Plus SG is an automatic EVA perfect binder designed for short-run and on-demand book production. The system roughs and notches the book spine, applies hot-melt adhesive with separate side gluing for improved cover attachment, and forms the finished spine through an adjustable nipping station. Its self-adjusting clamp and floor-standing configuration make it well suited for commercial printing, digital print, and bindery operations.
