The Horizon VAC-60H Booklet Making System is a fully automated inline collating and finishing solution designed for high-volume commercial print environments. This system integrates collating, stitching, folding, face trimming, and conveyor delivery into a continuous production workflow, producing finished booklets with speed and precision.
Configured with (4) VAC-60H air-suction collating towers (24 bins total), this system provides reliable sheet separation and accurate set building across a wide range of paper stocks. Collated sets are transferred inline to the SPF-200A stitcher/folder, then trimmed on the fore-edge using the FC-200A trimmer, and delivered via conveyor for efficient output handling.

Main Machine
The VAC-60H towers utilize air-suction feeding technology to accurately separate and collate sheets into complete sets. These sets are automatically transferred into the SPF-200A where they are saddle stitched and folded. Finished booklets then pass through the FC-200A for precision face trimming before being conveyed out for stacking or further handling.
This system is designed for continuous, high-speed booklet production with consistent registration and minimal operator intervention.
