The Stahl EF 43 is a standalone knife folding unit designed to add an additional cross-fold operation to compatible commercial paper folding lines. The unit receives previously folded or flat work through an adjustable belt transport, positions the product beneath the folding knife, and produces a knife fold for signatures, brochures, and other bindery work. Its compact configuration allows it to be used as an additional folding station where a buckle fold alone cannot produce the required fold pattern.
