The Rhin-O-Tuff OD4300 is an electric spiral coil inserter engineered for speed, precision, and durability. Designed to mount directly onto the right side of Rhin-O-Tuff binding systems such as the OD4000, OD4800, or Combo Binding Station, it provides effortless coil insertion for high-volume binding operations.

Featuring Rhin-O-Tuff’s patented Lexan Coil Insertion Guide, the OD4300 allows smooth, accurate insertion of plastic coils up to 1-1/4″ (32 mm) in diameter and books up to 1-1/8″ (28 mm) thick. Capable of handling coil lengths from 6″ to 36″, it offers exceptional flexibility for a wide range of applications including books, manuals, and calendars. Easy to install using two wing nuts, this dependable unit streamlines coil binding and includes a pair of coil crimping pliers for finishing convenience.
