This versatile machine is suited to many products including thin or thick sheets, folded products, scored, or embossed, pharma, packaging, label and digital printing, mailings, advertising supplements, booklet labels, folders, greeting cards, folding cartons labels and many other products in a one-up or multi-up production fashion. Unlike flatbed diecutters, the rotary process does not require nicks in the sheet to travel through the machine. This allows the waste to be stripped out automatically producing a “nickless”, high quality product – which eliminates the need for further stripping or blanking labor. The magnetic flexible dies can thru-cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease and emboss and are widely available from many die tooling manufacturers. The modular nature of the machine allows for integration directly with other MBO finishing modules such as folders, gluers, web sheeters and inserters.
