The Moll Marathon Automatic Pocket Folder Gluer is a high-speed inline finishing system engineered to fold, glue, and deliver a wide variety of printed products including presentation folders, direct mail pieces, pocket folders, sleeves, and specialty packaging. This configuration combines a Dial-a-Feed suction air pile feeder with the Marathon folding and gluing section, Final Fold module, Bump-N-Turn transfer, and Dial-a-Stack delivery for continuous automated production. The system is equipped with ITW Dynatec hot melt adhesive equipment and multiple Glu-Bind electronic controllers for accurate glue placement and production monitoring.
