The 2019 MGI JETvarnish 3DS & iFoil-S is a fully integrated digital embellishment system that combines raised spot UV coating, inline embossing, and digital hot foil stamping into a single production workflow. Designed for commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, and digital print providers, the system produces premium printed pieces without screens or dies while utilizing AIS SmartScanner technology to automatically compensate for sheet distortion and registration variations on every sheet.

This professionally uninstalled system is configured with the inline iFoil-S module, allowing metallic foil to be applied directly onto raised UV varnish to create premium foil stamping and tactile embossed effects. Variable data capability also enables personalized embellishments for short-run, versioned, and high-value print applications.
