The Aerocut NanoPLUS is an automatic programmable business card cutter and slitter, manufactured by MBM Corporation, that delivers the same incredible precision and automation as the Aerocut Velocity and Aerocut Prime at a fraction of the cost. With its two single-blade margin slitters and two double-blade gutter slitters, you can cut and cross cut your prints in one pass. The stable air suction feed system of the Nano+, in combination with its density sensor, allows you to use a wide variety of paper stocks without experiencing double feeds, while the elevated feed table separates digital stocks, further preventing misfeeds or roller marks. Additionally, the NanoPLUS comes with Lytrod’s tailor-made image imposition software enabling quick template design and variable data integration.

The Aerocut Nano PLUS will automatically feed, slit and eject a stack of paper up to 1-3/16″ thick at a rate of 7 sheets (A3 Size) per minute or the equivalent of about 150 standard business cards. Compatible sheet sizes range from 8-1/4″ x 8-1/4″ up to 13″ x 19″, with a minimum finish size of 3.5″ x 2″. The Nano PLUS features a number of user-friendly features, including an InstaSet bar that allows the operator to easily and accurately adjust the slitter positions without the use of tools and an intuitive touch screen control module that is pre-programmed with 16 common jobs and has memory storage for up to 40 additional custom jobs. This space-efficient machine is conveniently mounted on casters for mobility in tight spaces and is perfect for tight workspaces requiring a compact but powerful paper finishing system.
