This machine works with the Wasasch Ripp software and produces high quality labels. The AXXIS Digital Label Systems allow you to produce custom printed labels in any size or shape, On-Demand, with minimum make-ready and waste, all without plates or cutting dies. The AXXIS / Epson Micro Piezo™ Print Engine is ICC Color Compliant. From 4” to 8.5” wide, gloss or matte paper, Linen, Estate, 100% PCW FSC, Polypropylene, Polyester, Vinyl.  The AXXIS Finisher easily applies in-line gloss or matte film laminations, precision diecuts without dies, strips the matrix, rewinds finished labels for a wide range of machine applied or hand applied pressure-sensitive label applications. Epson DURABrite Micro Piezo™ ink-jet inks have a wider color gamut, are durable with excellent fade and water resistance and significantly lower cost than laser toners or thermal inkjet systems used for pre-diecut labels. Total consumable cost estimate for a 3” x 4” label with any dieless shape is about 4 cents which includes label substrate, medium ink coverage and in-line film lamination.
