The Horizon VAC-100a with SPF-20 and FC-20 is an integrated bookletmaking system designed to collate, stitch, fold, and face-trim printed sheets in a continuous production workflow. The 10-bin VAC-100a uses Horizon’s suction-rotor feeding system to assemble sets before transferring them to the SPF-20 for stitching and folding and then to the FC-20 for final fore-edge trimming. This configuration is well suited for commercial printers, trade binderies, and in-plant finishing departments producing manuals, catalogs, programs, and other saddle-stitched booklets.
