The Horizon VAC-100 Booklet Making System is a modular, high-speed booklet production line designed for commercial printing, in-plant print shops, and bindery operations. This system combines two VAC-100A air suction collating towers with the Horizon SPF-20A Stitcher/Folder and FC-20A Face Trimmer to automatically collate, stitch, fold, and trim professionally finished booklets in a single inline workflow. The patented rotary-pulse vacuum feeding system provides reliable handling of coated, uncoated, and lightweight stocks while advanced programming features, touchscreen controls, and job memory reduce setup time and maximize production efficiency for both short and long production runs.
