The Horizon SPF-200A Booklet Making System is a fully automated inline booklet making and finishing system designed for high-volume commercial print and bindery environments. This system integrates collating, cover feeding, stitching, folding, face trimming, and stacking into a continuous workflow, delivering consistent, professional-quality booklets with minimal operator intervention.

Main Machine

The VAC-100m towers utilize air-suction feeding technology to accurately separate and collate sheets into complete sets. These sets are transferred through the system where covers can be added inline, then processed by the SPF-200A for saddle stitching and folding. Finished booklets are trimmed on the fore-edge using the FC-200A and delivered to the stacker and conveyor for organized output.
