This complete configuration features (4) VAC-1000 air-suction collating towers, an SPF-200A Bookletmaker, FC-200A Fore-Edge Trimmer, and ST-40 Stacker to automatically collate, saddle stitch, fold, face trim, and neatly stack finished booklets in a continuous production workflow. Intelligent automation provides fully automatic job setup, including stitch head positioning, fold roller gap adjustment, side guides, and end stops through a 10.4-inch color touchscreen, minimizing makeready time while maximizing productivity. Designed for offset and digitally printed applications, the system delivers professional-quality booklets at speeds of up to 4,500 booklets per hour.
