The Heidelberg MO range of presses was introduced to replace the vastly popular KORD 64 press in the SRA2 25″ market. It allowed Heidelberg to make a multi-colour range in this sheet size, introduce perfecting and also numbering and perforating (N&P or N+P). With both single sheet-feed (MO-E) and stream-feed (MO-S) versions and, a little later, high pile deliveries (MOV-H, for example) it became a great success with small and medium sized printers and continues to be in demand as used presses on the second-hand market.
