The GP2 Technologies SC‑3 AUTOCASE is a fully integrated automatic case making system designed for hardcover and rigid case production with minimal manual input. The operator places the cover material onto the G‑2 gluer, which automatically feeds it and applies adhesive, then positions the boards and spine onto the glued cover. From that point, the SC‑3 system takes over — automatically feeding the case inward, trimming corners, wrapping and folding each side, and pressing the boards to the case material to produce a clean, professional hardcover. All functions are controlled via a single tablet‑based touchscreen interface, providing intuitive setup and consistent results.
