The GMP Podmaster-IDH 54 Quatro is a dual-sided production laminator designed for high-volume digital photo finishing using the silver halide replacement (SHR™) method. Sheets are automatically fed from a deep-pile feeder, laminated with precision-controlled heated rollers, and separated via a bursting mechanism optimized for BOPP films. An integrated embossing roller with external chilling system recreates the look of traditional silver halide luster, while the Sleeking® module enables whole-page or spot variable-data foiling. Its cantilevered design allows full operator access to film rolls and web control for efficient loading, monitoring, and maintenance.
