The Formax FD 402P1 jogger is the perfect companion to pressure sealers, inserters, folding machines, paper cutters and any type of binding machine. This compact jogger weighs only 28 lbs. and stands just 21″ high but is able to handle up to 800 sheets of 20# paper in sizes up to 11″ x 17.” The easy to load bin measures 3.5″D x 8.75″W x 15.5″L and even has a center divider for more efficient jogging of smaller paper stacks.

Jogging is an extremely important yet very simple process, it not only creates perfectly aligned stacks but it also reduces static electricity so sheets can be properly fed into other paper handling equipment. The FD 402P1 has a variable speed of up to 4,000 vibrations per second so stacks are aligned within seconds. A solid state control switch allows you to turn the machine on or off as well as adjust the vibration speed and its electromagnetic design allows for continuous operation.
