The 2002 Duplo System 4000 Booklet Making System is a modular finishing solution designed for high-volume booklet production in commercial printing, in-plant, and digital print environments. This configuration features a 20-bin collating tower consisting of (2) DC-10/60 10-bin vacuum-feed collators, along with a DBM-400 Stitcher/Folder, DBM-400T Face Trimmer, LUL-HM Lifting Unit, and Long Stacker to provide a complete inline workflow for collating, stitching, folding, trimming, and stacking finished booklets. Capable of producing up to 4,200 booklets per hour or 10,000 collated sets per hour, the System 4000 delivers dependable production with accurate vacuum feeding and professional finishing quality.
