The B&R Moll Regal Marathon Versa-Fold Folder / Gluer is a production finishing system designed for folding, forming, and gluing printed materials used in commercial print and packaging applications. The system is commonly used to produce presentation folders, multi-panel mailers, envelopes, sleeves, and other specialty folded products. This configuration includes a Versa-Fold module for flexible folding layouts and a B&R Moll Dial-A-Stack Rollaway delivery for automated stacking.

Main Machine

The Regal Marathon system feeds sheets from a pile feeder into a belt-driven transport where they pass through folding and forming stations. The Versa-Fold module allows a variety of folding layouts and product formats, while integrated glue systems secure pockets, seams, or closures during production. Finished pieces are transferred to the Dial-A-Stack delivery unit where they are aligned and stacked for removal from the line.
