The Beseler 2016-MB is a shrink wrapping system designed to seal and shrink film tightly around products for protection, bundling, and presentation. Products are enclosed in shrink film, sealed, and passed through a heat tunnel to create a tight protective wrap. Paired with a Nestaflex 226 conveyor, the system supports efficient product movement through packaging operations.
The sealing unit uses an L-bar style sealing system with a 20 in x 16 in seal area and a mono seal wire for consistent film sealing. The shrink tunnel applies controlled heat and airflow to shrink film evenly around the product, producing a secure package suitable for shipping, retail presentation, or product bundling.
