Automatic Detection Setups
Located at each insert station, the operator simply presses a button to automatically set the precise calibration for every activated insert station. Dual detection lights indicate “misses” or “doubles”.
A simple, centralized control panel increases operator friendliness. An improved sloped hood design improves operator access to insert hoppers for ease of front loading. The system also allows complete visibility of operation for maximum performance.
Electronically Activated Jaw Opening
Reduced torque and wind-up generated by high processing speeds, the redesigned gripper jaw arms minimize inertia. This provides for a smoother motion for less wear and tear and improved operational performance.
