The ATS US-2000 FSB-A is a fully automatic system that counts, stacks, and bands cards and printed materials in a single pass. Products are fed in a shingled stream via an infeed conveyor and automatically stacked to a preset height before banding. The finished stacks are delivered ready for palletizing or boxing, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual handling. Adjustable stack dimensions, multiple infeed configurations, and optional discharge handling allow the system to process mixed stacks from 2 to 200 products. A lowering unit enables reliable processing of small formats with stack heights up to 120 mm.
