The Astro ATS-8000 is a high-speed, modular tabbing system built for professional mail production. Designed to apply adhesive tabs or wafer seals to open-ended mail pieces, it operates inline or as a standalone unit for maximum flexibility.

Its top-load, bottom-feed design enables continuous operation without interruption, while adjustable guides allow for a wide range of media sizes and thicknesses. The ATS-8000 is ideal for tabbing folded self-mailers, booklets, or newsletters and integrates easily with inkjet addressers and conveyors for a complete mail-processing setup.
