ARPAC EXTREME AL models excel in a wide variety of applications. These pneumatically driven wrapping systems are designed to increase productivity, reduce wear and tear on parts, and eliminate the waste of time and energy by using a continuous motion design with a smooth, fast, and unbroken flow. With its superior design, the AL models are more reliable, require less maintenance, use less film and energy, and provide superior film tension for a better more consistent package. Additionally, the AL continuous motion wrappers will typically require 2-4” less film width than automatic L-sealers, intermittent motion wrappers, or any wrapper where the film path runs under the infeed conveyor

Heat Tunnel
ARPAC Brand EXTREME XT tunnels employ a unique chamber design and airflow system that allows the operator complete control of the shrink process, whether the product and film require a gentle air flow or greater circulation for high rates and premium quality shrink.
The XT shrink tunnel offers an innovative bottom pre-shrink design that gives tight control of seal placement. On thin products, the seal can even be placed on the edge or bottom of the package. The directional air flow controls eliminate dog ears and small wrinkles providing a pristine and aesthetic end package, ideal for retail shelves.
Compared to other tunnel designs that use dual chambers, this single chamber design is shorter, saving valuable factory space. Single chamber designs require fewer components and controls, lowering repair and maintenance costs while increasing longevity and reliability of the tunnel.
