The James Burn Koilmatic is an affordable fully automatic electric tabletop coil inserter that is capable of binding 450 books per hour. It features a crystal clear LCD display screen with easy setup and operation guides presented.It is very easy to set up and requires no tools or shop air to run.

The Koilmatic has a built-in coil sizing gauge providing a quick and convenient measurement, reconfirming the required diameter of coil required in relation to the book’s thickness. When changing coil diameter, the adjustment is painless and stress-free. The operator will be able to simply adjust to the correct diameter and it’ll all be good to go. The pre-punched book is placed in the machine on spine formers. Spine formers create a curve to the binding edge to allow for easier coil insertion. The spine formers are conveniently stored inside the front panel of the Koilmatic.

The vertical book placement of the Koilmatic has gravity working to its advantage. The pre-punched book is positioned in the machine on its spine to accommodate tabs or wider covers. Plus, the Pre-set “Cut & Bend” mounted blocks are in place for immediate adjustment for the common 8.5″ or 11″ binding edges. Just simply slides the cut/bend heads into position and tightens the locking arm.
