2014 Hunkeler DP6 Dynamic Perforator w/ Vacuum Unit – 033026947015A

S/N: VU6-1600 7188.00428A-10/03

The Hunkeler DP6 Dynamic Perforator is a roll-fed paper processing module designed to create precise dynamic cross and vertical perforations in 2-up production. It is commonly used in transactional, transpromo, and direct mail environments for producing coupons, payment slips, reply cards, and other variable-format documents without requiring pre-converted paper.

This unit processes a printed continuous web and activates selected perforation patterns through print marks, bar codes, or data matrix control. The DP6 uses independently controlled cross perforation cylinders for 2-up work, and its modular design allows fast setup, lateral adjustment during operation, and quick replacement of longitudinal wheels and cross perforation knives.
