The Standard Horizon StitchLiner 6000 is a high-speed digital saddle stitching system designed for landscape-oriented booklet production at speeds up to 6,000 booklets per hour. This configuration includes the infeed, accumulate/fold, stitch, three-knife trim, and delivery conveyor sections, but does not include any VAC Series collating towers. Featuring in-line scoring and folding, automated stitch adjustment, and servo-controlled trimming, the system delivers consistent, professional-quality booklets across a wide range of stocks. Its ergonomic L-shaped layout and touchscreen automation allow for fast setup, short make-ready times, and efficient operation in digital or offset environments.
