The Challenge CMT-130 Automatic Three Knife Book Trimmer is a fully programmable near-line book trimming system designed to automatically trim the head, face, and foot of perfect bound books with minimal operator intervention. Hydraulic-powered cutting, automatic format changeovers, and programmable job storage allow the system to efficiently process varying book sizes while maintaining precise, repeatable trim quality.

This system is configured with the optional Challenge Book Pile Feeder and Vertical Stacker, creating a complete automated finishing line that continuously feeds books into the trimmer and neatly stacks finished product for increased productivity in digital and commercial book manufacturing environments.
