The Baum 2020 is a floor-model pile-feed paper folder configured for commercial printing and bindery production. It processes sheet sizes up to 20.5in x 33in and uses combination steel and urethane fold rolls to maintain control of coated, heavily inked, and standard paper stocks. The pile-feeding system incorporates dual front blow bars and a non-contact pile-height sensor to improve sheet separation and feeding consistency. Operator controls provide sheet-gap adjustment, production monitoring, diagnostic messages, and batch or total counting functions. This configuration is suited for frequent job changeovers, short-to-medium production runs, and general-purpose folding applications.
