The 2008 MBO B118 is an 18in pile-fed buckle folding system configured with a three-plate parallel folding unit, right-angle three-plate 8-page unit, and shingle delivery. The pile feeder uses vacuum and air separation to feed stacked sheets through the register section, while the MS-Control manages sheet feeding, suction length, sheet gap, speed, and batch counting. The second folding unit expands the system for cross-folding and multi-fold production.
