Duplo Stitcher Folder DBM-250

Description

The system’s modular design offers a variety of convenient, cost-efficient configurations. Each of its towers comprises 1O bins, which allows for easy expansion to 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 bins, depending upon requirements. And unlike ocher collaring systems, the DC-10000S has no slave cowers. In addition to working together as a system, each of its rowers can operate as an independent unit, which allows multiple jobs to be run at the same time.
Push-button setup and changeover make the DBM-250 the world’s easiest-to-use stitcher/folder. Side guides, back joggers, stitcher heads, stitch stopper, fold stopper and fold-back stopper positions all adjust automatically – with just the push of a button. Stitch position also is calculated automatically, based on the width of the booklet’s spine, and the operator can fine tune all areas in increments as small as .1mm. In addition, the DBM-250 features rugged Hohner stitching heads, which are the finest in the industry.
