The Duplo System 5000 Automatic Booklet Making System is a high-speed inline collating, bookletmaking, trimming, and stacking solution designed for commercial print shops, in-plants, and production finishing environments. This complete 20-bin configuration includes dual Duplo DC-10/60 collating towers feeding directly into a Duplo DBM-500 booklet maker with integrated DBM-500T face trimmer and DBM-400STR stacker delivery system for fully automated booklet production.
Engineered for efficiency and accuracy, the System 5000 utilizes Duplo’s air suction feeding technology for reliable handling of coated stocks, offset paper, and digitally printed media while minimizing jams and double feeds. The inline workflow automatically collates, stitches, folds, trims, and stacks completed booklets with minimal operator intervention.
