The 2006 Screen PlateRite 8300E is an 8-up thermal computer-to-plate system designed for imaging aluminum offset printing plates directly from digital prepress files. Using an external-drum imaging system with a 16-channel infrared laser head, the PlateRite 8300E supports large-format commercial offset plate production and is configured with a RIP computer for digital workflow processing.
