The Heidelberg VFZ-52 is a mobile, height-adjustable four-directional knife folding unit designed to supplement buckle plate folding machines or combination folding systems. When used as a third unit on a buckle plate folder, it allows a U-configuration layout that minimizes operator walking distance. The swivel-mounted knife folding unit enables additional folding schemes, including international quadruple folds, and allows thicker products to be processed that may not fold accurately with buckle plates alone.
