The James Burn BB500 is a state-of-the-industry Wire-O® finishing system designed for speed, versatility, and ease of operation. Capable of running at up to 1,200 cycles per hour, it delivers the highest output and most features in its class. The BB500 automates every major function — cutting, feeding, and positioning wire for insertion — before transferring the document to an automatic closing station for a perfectly finished product.
Built for high-volume production environments such as digital print shops and in-plant finishing departments, the BB500 handles documents up to 210 sheets (20# bond) with a maximum finished binding edge of 20 inches, making it the largest in its category. Its intuitive touch-key interface, skip-bind capability, and ergonomic design make it an ideal combination of productivity and operator comfort.
